If you require regular ongoing assistance we are pleased to offer our subscription service, 'Tax Support for the the Public Sector' (TSPS).
Access to our technical knowledge is available through our dedicated public sector helpline support service. Our team will be accessible during working hours to answer your queries by phone, email and fax. We can provide a written response by email, if required and there is no limit to the number of calls that subscribers may use the helpline service.
In addition to the helpline clients benefit from:

- periodic technical updates

- investigation support on handling PAYE audit or compliance reviews.
Our Platinum service includes two days of consultancy at discounted rates per annum and pre-negotiation support in dealing with HMRC's post inspection report.
