How can I add myself to your event mailing list?
You can register with Chiltern to receive invitations to events by email. You will also receive our topical newsletters and enews, as well as having access to all the premium content on the website. Click here to sign up for this full service now.

How can I register?
You can register for an event by downloading the relevant booking form and submitting your details. You can also contact the events department with any queries.

Is it possible to register on the day of the event?
Yes, but subject to availability. Please contact our events team by telephone if you wish to do so. Many of our events have limited space and are very popular, so we advise early booking.

What happens after I register?
We will send you an acknowledgement of your registration. Full confirmation and joining instructions will follow soon after.

Is there a dress code for your events?
The dress code at most of our events is business attire, unless otherwise instructed. Please check the invitation for any variations.

Are refreshments/meals provided at your conferences?
Yes. Refreshments will be served at regular intervals during seminars. All-day conferences also include lunch. Breakfast is usually provided at early morning events, however evening meals are generally not included at conferences, unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure please contact the events team for details and please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.

When do I receive my badge?
You collect your badge at the registration desk at the venue where the event is being held on the day.

Where can I find details of the venue?
Venue details are provided when you receive confirmation of your registration and you will also be told the venue when booking your place. The event details here on our website will also provide venue information.

Do you charge for your events?
We charge for some events, but many are free to delegates. Please check the booking form for information on delegate fees for individual events.

When should I pay for the conference?
If there is a delegate fee, payment is required prior to the event and it is only on receipt of this payment that full confirmation of your place will be sent to you.

How should I pay for the conference?
Details of how to pay will be stated on event booking forms, where payment is applicable. 

What happens if I have to cancel?
Contact the events team and let us know at your earliest convenience. You may send another colleague in your place and it would help us if you gave us the name of this delegate so we can prepare a badge and send information directly to the new delegate.

Can I get a copy of the delegate pack if I cannot attend?
The delegate pack is for attendees only, however in some cases we are happy to share the presentations with non-attending delegates via email. Please contact the events manager to find out if we can send them to you.
