Designed and conducted by Chiltern in association with the International Tax Review, this survey examines the attitudes of large UK-based multinationals to the changing significance and role of transfer pricing.

Transfer pricing and the pharmaceutical industry
This article examines why transfer pricing is a major issue for big pharmaceutical companies. These multinational groups have significant intragroup cross border activity and subsequently dedicate significant resource (in the form of management time, professional adviser costs and in house tax personnel) to ensuring that pricing in relation to these transactions is compliant with transfer pricing legislation in the relevant jurisdictions of operation. This article briefly summarises the economic and taxation issues at play.
